The modern seduction movement dates to 1970, with the publication of How To Pick Up Girls! by Eric Weber, credited as the first modern pickup artist. However, one self-described "picker-upper of women" preceding Weber was rational emotive psychotherapist Albert Ellis, who wrote The Art of Erotic Seduction, a how-to guide for men that encouraged them to meet women through the "pickup," with Roger Conway in 1967. Ellis claimed he had been practicing seducing female strangers since he overcame his fear of approaching them through "in-vivo desensitization" in Bronx Botanical Garden in the 1930s.

Asher bit his wrist.

The black blood slid down into her mouth.

It felt so cold on her tongue.

Her body jumped at the sensation.

Various images flashed in her head as the drops slid down her throat.

The sound of drums filled her head.

Their beats grew louder as more drops filled her mouth.

Asher threw back his head and moaned.

“Yes, drink all of me, slut!”

Chyann forced herself to suck harder.

Bright colors flashed in her mind’s eye.

But,

Something inside of her began to die.

Her heart slowed to a crawl

Chyann began to choke on his wrist.

Asher patted her blonde hair

“You’re almost done, keep drinking.”

She struggled, but the last drop went in her mouth.

His future queen swallowed.

Asher pushed her bangs from her forehead.

“Good?”

She pants and smiles.

“Yes!”

“Yes what?”

“Yes, my lord.”

His lips curved into a smile.

“Very good, my pet.”
