Welcome to the Jungle Pt. 1:

Simone’s Notes:

In a BDSM context, a collar is a device of any material placed around the neck of the submissive partner. It is also a term used to show ownership of one partner by another. A person wearing a collar to symbolize their relationship with another is said to be collared. Some people conduct formal "collaring ceremonies," which are regarded as effectively solemnizing their relationship in a similar way as a marriage ceremony. The standard form of a collar is a black leather band around the neck and often has metal D-rings added to allow the attachment of a leash. Collars may be used in role-playing games involving humiliation because they have connotations of control and pet-like status, especially when worn with a leash. The most common material for a collar is leather, and many people use actual dog collars with a buckle. Other materials include rubber, PVC, and metal. Many collars are constructed with several different materials, and may also be decorated in various ways. Collars often feature buckles, straps and hooks, padlocks and other attachments.

Alex awoke a few minutes later. Everything was covered in darkness. A sick feeling came over the lamb. This wasn’t good at all. He knew that he was in Hell now. Things could get worse now…  The lamb felt something tight around his neck. He reached up and felt cold leather. He began to fear the worst. Alex slowly sat up and looked around again. Pure black as far as the eye could see. The lamb felt his heart pounding wildly. Things had just gone from bad to worse now. This was just like the Torture House. Only, this was worse in a way. Footsteps echoed in the darkness. Alex froze in terror. “No, not again!” he thought in panic. “Why can’t they just leave me alone?!?” The footsteps got louder and louder. Alex waited in fear. This was just getting worse now. Someone appeared outside of the cage. The lamb slowly looked out. Edward and Azrael were looking in at him. They looked pretty hurry with cold smirks on their faces. Alex’s heart raced in fear. “No, not again!” he thought. Edward leaned in close.

“Do you know where you are?” he asked. Alex shook his head in terror. Edward smirked at him again. He reached in and grabbed Alex by the collar. The alchemist turned his ear to face his lips.

“You’re in the jungle, Little Alex!” he hissed. The lamb’s eyes grew in big fear. He didn’t like the sound of that one. Edward dropped him harshly. Alex fell back with a loud plop. He there staring at them in silence. Then, the incubus reached in and unlocked the cage. He opened it wide. Edward reached his hand inside. Alex stared at him confused.

“Come on 62924,” Edward commanded. The lamb was really lost now. He looked at him blankly. Edward smirked at him again.

“That is your number now,” he said. “From now on, you are 62924.” Alex stared at them still. Edward hit the cage hard with his right hand. It shook violently. The lamb sat up shaken pretty badly. Now, he knew this was real. This wasn’t a nightmare anymore. This had now become and sick and twisted reality! Edward offered his hand again.

“You understand me?” he asked. Alex panted terrified. The poor soul had no choice now. He nodded once. Edward smiled at him wickedly.

“Good,” he said. “Now come on! We’re going to take to a nice place!” Alex stared at him again in silence. He had no choice by this point. The lamb gave him his hand and Edward pulled him out of the cage. The alchemist smirked at him again. He had his little pet now. He had been waiting a long time for this moment now. Then, they began their walk down the down and cold hall.

At the park, Shane, Carmen, and Dana were investigating the scene. They all found the phone that they gave Alex smashed and broken into non-working pieces. Shane picked it up and threw it down in anger. Those monsters somehow found a crack in their system. The ladies thought that they had looked at everything thoroughly. They were even sure that Alex was safe this time. This plan was supposed to be a hundred percent. Somehow, there always appears to be a flaw in their plans. Shane kicked the ground in frustration.

“Damn it!” she screamed. “We were sure that we had him secure that time!” She kicked the ground and sat down. Carmen walked over to her.

“It’s okay, sweetie,” she said. She tried to hug her girlfriend, but the tech geek shoved her away.

“No!” Shane argued. “No, it’s not! We’ve failed Alex once again! He’s probably going to give up hope on us now!” The other two girls looked on in silence.

“Well,” Dana spoke up. “At least we know where he was last.” They all sighed at that one. That was all they had. That wasn’t helping much either. The girls were just stuck. That was until they remembered an important key factor.

“Hey wait!” Dana called. “What if we tracked his aura?” Shane and Carmen looked up at that statement. It was a long shot, but it was better than nothing at the moment. Shane rose to her feet.

“All right,” she replied. “It’s worth a try.” Then, she stood up and put herself up into focus. She shut her eyes to track the boy. Dana and Carmen waited in anticipation. Time was running against them. After a few seconds, Shane opened her eyes. The other two deities waited for some good news. Shane’s face didn’t really have any expression to it.

“It’s really weak,” she replied. “But I can sense Alex.” Dana and Carmen looked overjoyed.

“Well,” Dana said. “That’s something at least.”

“Where is it coming from?” Carmen asked.

“It’s hard to say,” Shane replied. “The only way I get a better signal is if he is…” She paused nervously. The other two waited. The tech geek swallowed hard.

“Is if he what?” Dana asked. Shane froze up a bit. She didn’t want to say it at all. But she had no choice at this point. Anything was better than nothing at the moment.

“Is if he is badly injured,” Shane finally finished. The other two looked at her horrified. The tech geek wished that she hadn’t said anything now. They were in a tight situation now. The girls had to save Alex. But in order to do that, he had to be beaten badly by the Fallen ones. This was a judgment of morality.

“So,” Shane said. “What do you want to do?” Dana and Carmen thought about that for a moment. This was a tough call. Both results were pretty grim. But, the girls had no choice by this point.

“Let’s let him get injured first,” Carmen replied at last. Shane and Dana looked at her in discomfort. Carmen looked back at them certain.

“What?” she asked. “We don’t have much of a choice or time at the moment. So unless we have a better alternative, I’m game for letting Alex get hurt some.” The other two thought about that for a second. Dana nodded at her comrade’s decision.

“Okay then,” she said. “We’ll let him get hurt some.” Dana and Carmen turned to Shane. The tech geek looked back at them. It was all down to her now. Alex’s life was in her hands now. Her vote could save or kill him. Time was ticking loudly for them all. Shane finally toughened up.

“Okay then,” she said. “Let’s let Alex suffer first.” The other two deities felt confident in their decision. It was to save Alex after all. He really needed them now.

Meanwhile, Alex was dragged by a leash down the dark hall. They came to these huge steel doors. The lamb looked on uncertain. Azrael stepped forward and put his hand over the scanner. A green light flashed over the handprint. The doors slid wide open. The two incubi and the lamb walked through the doors. Alex counted down each step in his head. Something wicked this way was coming. He didn’t want to know what it would be. But yet, something told him that he wouldn’t get that choice at all. Alex was just stuck now. They all came to another steel door. This time, Edward scanned his left hand for entry. The doors slid open wide and the males all walked through. Alex was now counting down his fate tonight. Where was he going this time? What’s going to happen him to night? The lamb tried his best not to think about it, but that thoughts just wouldn’t leave his mind. Edward’s hands tightly gripping his shoulders weren’t helping him either. He just wished for this to be over so that he could just be at ease again.

But then, more misery hit him like kick to the groin. The three of them came into the first level of the jungle. Alex looked on with big eyes of shock. Oh, if he even thought that he was in Hell then. He certainly was in Hell now! And the worst part was, there was no escaping from it. He was here and couldn’t turn back now. Edward let go of the pet and pushed him forward. Alex had no choice but to face the truth. He was in the jungle now and couldn’t escape if he wanted to.
