New Tape:

Simone’s Notes:

Alfred Kinsey was born on June 23, 1894, in Hoboken, New Jersey, to Alfred Seguine Kinsey and Sarah Ann Charles. Kinsey was the eldest of three children. His mother had received little formal education; his father was a professor at Stevens Institute of Technology. His parents were rather poor for most of Kinsey's childhood. Consequently, the family often could not afford proper medical care, which may have led to young Kinsey's receiving inadequate treatment for a variety of diseases including rickets, rheumatic fever, and typhoid fever. This health record indicates that Kinsey received suboptimal exposure to sunlight and lived in unsanitary conditions for at least part of his childhood. Rickets, leading to a curvature of the spine, resulted in a slight stoop that was to prevent Kinsey from being drafted in 1917 for World War I.

Simone set in her new tape in her camera. She had just come back from the tech shop last night. The college student just had to make video documentary for her research. “I hope this is as good as the first one!” she thought in ambition. Simone positioned the device in front of her. She lied still on the bed so that she was perfectly in the lens. This like everything else took minutes to hours to rearrange, just like the last time. Then, Simone clicked on the camera and hit record.

Introduction:

"Hello everybody!" Simone called out. "Simone here again! This is my second tape for my filming. I liked filming so much the first time that I thought that I would do it again. Everything has been falling into place so far. I am learning quite so much about sex and relationships. I hope to gain more. Wish me luck!" Then, Simone took the camera with her down the hall.

Sister Dear:

Laura was in the lobby talking to Dr. Howard and Mike. Simone felt her spirits drop when she saw her older sister again. “Oh bloody hell!” she thought. “What does she want now?” The research student slowly approached her sister and mentor. Laura looked up at her smiling.

“Baby sister!” she called out. Simone rolled her eyes.

“What is it, Laura?” she asked aloud. “What do you want? Why are you here?” Her older sister hurried over to the younger woman and hugged her tightly.

“I came to see my little sister, of course!” Laura called out.

“Let go!” Simone yelled out as she tried to fight back. The older sister just kept holding on. Dr. Howard just couldn’t help but smile at such sisterly love. “Reminds me of Gail and I at times!” she thought. Simone finally got free from Laura’s grasp. Her older sister had her arms open for another hug.

“Aw, what?” she asked. “Too good to hug ya sis?” Simone just shook her head.

“Don’t do that again!” the younger sister yelled out. Laura looked at her pouting. The younger sister tried to resist giving into the puppy face as she called it. The older one kept it up strongly. Finally, Simone couldn’t take it anymore.

“Oh okay!” she yelped out. “I’ll hug you!” Laura smiled again happily. Then she rushed forward and hugged her sister again. Simone looked very uncomfortable. Her eyes turned to her mentor. Dr. Howard just gave her a little shrug. Simone just sighed and rolled her eyes. Sisters, who needs ‘em?

Artist Troubles:

Syd and Ella returned to Irene’s flat. It had been a week since they last visited her. Ella was sure that she would at least have one painting for them ready. Syd just rolled his eyes annoyed as his bird rang the bell.

“Why are we here again?” he asked annoyed.

“To collect the paintings!” Ella answered. “It’s part of our mission.” Her bloke rolled his eyes. “It’s always about the damn mission!

“I heard that!” his bird barked. Syd rolled his eyes again. “What-ever!” he thought to himself. But then, something caught the deity’s eye. Something or someone was spying on them. “Hm?” he thought. “What is that?” Then, the object began to move. Syd looked at the bush, then at Ella, and then the bush again. “Aw, screw it!” he thought. “I’ll deal with her mouth later!” Then, he dashed off to the bush all without Ella being aware of what was taking place.

Meanwhile after close to three minutes, Ella noticed that there was something dead wrong. She combined alchemy with her own power on the door to open it. When it loosely flung open, Ella rushed inside.

The whole place reeked of weed and liquor. The female deity looked around quickly. The paintings were still in perfectly good condition. This was getting stranger by the minute. Paintings and all values were all still here and in tact. But Irene was nowhere in sight. Ella tried her best not to think the worst.

“Irene?” she asked aloud. No reply at all. The deity walked in carefully. The stench of weed and vomit was getting heavier and heavier. Ella finally found Irene in the bathroom. The artist was lying face down in a pool of her own vomit. Ella quickly fell into panic.

“Irene!” she yelled out. Then she rushed forward and put her fingers to the woman’s neck to feel for a pulse. The female deity took a deep breath of relief when she found a weak one. “Oh good!” she thought. Then Ella hurried straight to a phone to dial for help. The ambulance came within seconds. Ella kept by Irene’s side the whole time. She held onto the artist’s hand.

“Come on,” the deity kept saying the entire time. “Stay with me, damnit! I can’t have you dead Ms. Myer!” The artist couldn’t even open her eyes at all. Her breathing became weaker and weaker. Some of the doctors in the ambulance were talking about this might be her final time.

“Stop it!” Ella barked at them. The men all went quiet at the sound of her voice. “She is going to pull through just fine!” the woman yelled out. “Just do your job!”

“Yes ma’am!” the men said quickly. Then they did so. Ella looked back down at Ms. Myer.

“Don’t worry, darling!” she promised. “I won’t let you die in any way!” Irene just lied there next to dead. They all made it to the hospital safely. The artist just had a heroin and weed overdose. The nurses and doctors got her well and stable within hours. Irene was going to spend the night and next day in St. Mary’s Touch. Ella went by to visit her when the ordeal was all over. The artist looked up at her glaring coldly.

“Bitch!” she muttered to her savior. Ella looked at her as if she hadn’t been listening.

“Sorry?” the deity asked. Irene was still looking at her coldly.

“Why did you save me?!?” she hissed. “I wanted to die! F**k you!” The deity lightly put her finger to her lips. Ms. Myer went quiet instantly.

“Because,” Ella answered. “You still have a chance to turn things around for yourself.” Irene’s eyes grew big in surprised shock.

“What makes you so sure?” the artist asked in a child-like voice. The deity smiled at her kindly.

“Because,” she replied again. “I will help you in the process!” The artist just stared at her with desperation. Even though she couldn’t explain it, something in Irene was telling her to trust this woman. She tried to speak but Ella held up her hand to stop her.

“It’s okay,” the deity said to her. “Just rest now, I won’t leave you at all.” Irene just softly lied back and tried to sleep. Ella watched her do so. Detoxification and recovery was going to be long, but it was going to be well worth it.

Old Grudge:

Meanwhile, Syd disappeared around the corner looking for the mysterious stalker. So far, the trail had gone cold. The bloke now found himself in an abandoned alley on the cheap and dirty side of the city. “Damnit!” Syd thought. “I’ve lost them!” He was even wondering if he was seeing things. But then, his senses caught something. The deity smiled to himself annoyed.

“Oh, you again, Shane?” he asked aloud. “You never give up, do you?” With that, a figure flew straight up from behind the trash bin of the alley. Syd looked at the love deity smirking. She was just the same as he remembered. Short dark brown hair to her ears, deep golden brown eyes, round soft cheeks, cute slim nose, mildly plump lips, nice curved breasts, tiny waist, slender model legs, and rosy-tan skin. Shane always wore leather and/or ninja wear with stupid light green goggles and black leather boots. Shane was armed with her gear as usual. The love deity was pretty much a prototype for Alice and a female version of Syd himself. The male deity himself had to admit if he didn’t find Shane so annoying and if she was straight, something hot could happen between them.

“Okay, spill it!” Syd said right away. “What do you want?” Shane didn’t waste any time coming up with an excuse at all.

“I’m searching for elements for the antidote for the Red Jasmine virus!” she answered boldly. Syd didn’t believe her for one second.

“Right,” he replied. “And what else are you doing?” Shane kept her gaze on him.

“That’s none of your damn business!” she snapped. Syd just kept smiling at her.

“Okay,” he replied. “I’ll spare us another battle since we both are on the same side for the time being. Let go of the damn past, you bitch!” That only made his rival even angrier.

“Why should I?!?” she barked. “You killed Ivy. And I can never forgive you for that, you son of a bitch?!?” That statement made Syd snicker to himself. The love deity’s temper flared even more.

“What the hell is so damn funny, Sydney?!?” she snapped out loud. The male deity stopped laughing and stared at her.

“You still believe that lie?” he asked harmlessly. Shane nodded fiercely. Her rival kept smirking at her.

“Damn,” he said. “I pity you, girl!” Shane glared at him coldly again.

“What the hell do you mean?” she asked. Syd just kept smirking at her. He moved in closer to her burning red hot ear.

“I didn’t kill Ivy,” he whispered to her. “She committed suicide. I told the blame for her so she wouldn’t be buried like a common tart.” The love deity was really pissed now. She tried to rush forward and tackle Syd, but he gracefully glided away. The bloke kept smirking at her.

“LIAR!!!” Shane screamed out in misery. Syd just shook his head at her.

“Don’t believe me,” he said. “Ask Ivy yourself!” Then, he sank into the ground to reunion with Ella again. Shane was let standing all alone. She just couldn’t believe it. Ivy loved life so much. Why would she kill herself for her?

Marriage Offers:

Jakob had finally made up his mind. Tonight was the night that he was going to propose to Riza Hawkeye. He got his grandmother’s silver engagement ring to use for the event. The timing had to be just right. He even went as far as to plan the whole event in his mind. They would eat dinner first and then during desert, he would present the ring, and pop the question. He even made the dinner himself. His only hope was that Hawkeye would say yes.

Alice herself was hoping for the same thing. She was watching everything every second. The love deity had been right out their window for hours now. It was against policy to make the targets do anything after the arrow was shot, but one could will them to think a certain way. Riza presented herself as a tough case so far. Alice just hoped that she could be influential enough to will Riza to agree with the offer. Everything was set on both ends. The only thing that was missing was the potential bride-to-be.

Elsewhere, Jaks came to a scary realization. She was in love with Jean Havoc. From time to time, the head nurse tried to tell herself it was just sex. But now, that wasn’t the case anymore. It was the one word that she had always feared. She was in a *relationship*. “How did this happen?” Jaks thought. The natural instinct was to get out quick before more damage was done. But, she just didn’t want to. Jacilyn wanted to stay by Jean’s side and spend the rest of her life with him. The head nurse sighed. There was only one thing to do now.

The door opened at the Hawkeye-Riis apartment. The mouse looked up eagerly. “She’s home!” he thought happily. Alice watched him from outside as he rose to his feet and handed over to greet his girlfriend. She forced herself to keep calm and out of sight. The scene was only starting. The love deity kept herself ready to step in at all times. Anything could go at times like this. Alice just kept herself ready at all times.

Jaks found her boyfriend in the living room reading. She swallowed hard at her mission. The head nurse stepped into the room as if she was walking on hot coals. Havoc looked up when he heard her coming in. The lt. couldn’t help but to notice her face.

“Jaks?” he asked. “Is something wrong?” The nurse didn’t answer at first as she sat down in front of him. Havoc could tell that something was troubling.

“Jean,” she said bravely. “I have something to tell you.” Havoc looked at her slightly confused.

“What’s the matter?” he asked. Jaks gathered up her courage to talk.

“Dinner was nice, Jakob!” Riza told him at the table.

“Really?” he asked happily.

“Yes,” his girlfriend replied. The mouse kept the menu special but simple tonight. He made spaghetti with a fresh garden salad. Dinner was nice. Now it was time for desert. Alice held her breath outside and waited for it to come.

“Riza,” Jakob spoke up. “There is something I have to ask you.” The captain looked at him out of curiosity.

“Okay,” she said. “What is it?” Jakob reached into his pocket and pulled out his grandmother’s ring. Riza looked on in surprise.

“Marry me, Riza-chan!” he said aloud. The captain looked at him in shock. She *really* wasn’t expecting this.

“Are you sure?” she asked to see if she was dreaming or not.

“Yes!” her young boyfriend said quickly. This really threw Riza for a loop. She didn’t even know how to answer. “Please say yes! Please say yes!” Alice kept thinking outside over and over again.

“I… love… you…” Jaks said bravely at last. “I have never really felt this way about anyone before. I have really never thought about commitment or a long-term relationship. But now with you, I have. And I love you and want to spend the rest of my life with you!” Jaks felt herself turning red as she quickly looked away. Then, the unthinkable happened. Havoc quickly grabbed her by the hands. The head nurse turned back to him.

“Marry me Jacilyn!” the lt. said in a rush. Jaks looked at him surprised.

“What?!?” she asked aloud.

“Marry me Jacilyn!” Jean said again. “I am begging you!” The head nurse was floored. She just confessed her love to him and now he wanted her to marry him. How did this happen?

It was clear that both women were in shock by these sudden proposals of marriage. But what would they say? What could they say?
